Scheduling meetings and appointments

Greeting visitors
Providing general support to our designers
Requirements and Skills:
Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and/or Google Suite
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
High school degree required
Additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients
Designing variety of spaces (not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, etc.)
Working with multiple design programs
Presenting designs to client
Collaborating with fellow designers
Requirements and Skills:
Must have knowledge in one or more of these areas: interior, kitchen, or bath design.
Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or Interior Design certificate with experience is required.
Knowledge of SketchUp, 2020 Design, Chief Architect or additional design programs is a plus.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong design and rendering skills are a plus
Excellent design, technical detailing, and strong presentation skills, both verbal and visual, are essential

Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Google Calendar
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
