**Design Fees are credited towards your cabinetry purchase.

***Drawings will include wall dimensions on floor plans and elevations. Individual cabinet sizes are provided only upon the purchase of cabinetry.
Our design process varies per package. Once completed we will send black & white line drawings over to you for review prior to rendering. We allow 2 minor edits. Once approved we will render your design in full color if you have purchased a package that includes renders. These renderings are an artistic representation of the design.

Any additional edits will incur an added fee. Additional edits and measure fees are not credited towards your cabinetry; and are not included in the design fee.

Drawings will include wall dimensions on floor plans and elevations.

If you choose not to purchase your cabinets from UKB, the rendered drawings are yours to do with as you wish, this will only include wall measurements.

Returned Payments: If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds or some other issues with your account, you may be charged a $35.00 returned check/payment fee.

Any estimates & invoices given are valid for 30 days from date received.

All design fees are Non-refundable.

Design packages are only valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
