• Once completed we will send black & white line drawings over to you for review prior to rendering. We allow 2 minor edits. Once approved we will render your design in full color. These renderings are an artistic representation of the design.

• Any additional edits after the rendering process will incur an added fee. 

• Drawings will include wall dimensions on floor plans and elevations.

• If you choose not to purchase your cabinets from UKB, the rendered drawings are yours to do with as you wish, this will only include wall measurements.

• Returned Payments: If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds or some other issues with your account, you may be charged a $35.00 returned check/payment fee.

• Any estimates & invoices given are valid for 30 days from date received.

• All design fees are Non-refundable.

• Design packages are only valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
