Our design package is a great way to see how your space will look with your new cabinetry.

*Design Fees are credited towards your cabinetry purchase.
Your purchase of the design package provides you with black & white drawings and pricing for your cabinetry. Once the designs are completed, we will send black & white line drawings over to you for review prior to pricing. At this time, we allow one round of minor edits. Rendered views are available for a $500 add-on charge to the package. These renderings are an artistic representation only of the design and are property of UKB.

Edit and measure fees are not credited towards your cabinetry; and are not included in the design fee.

Drawings will include wall dimensions on floor plans and elevations.

Returned Payments: If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds or some other issues with your account, you may be charged a $35.00 returned check/payment fee.

Any estimates & invoices given are valid for 30 days from date received.

All design fees are Non-refundable.
